Our shipping agency has recommended that we do not ship 24H during Christmas, because they cannot guarantee 24H delivery, so if you want to save a few eurillo, choose normal shipping, because it may take the same time to arrive.

We have the following shipping categories:

-Agency: they are shipped in one package, by our local agency Radicourrier (which works with several agencies like TipSa).

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage, and the rates can be found above.

Non-peninsular Spain (Canary Islands, Mallorca, Ceuta and Melilla).

You must choose "Paquete Azul - Postal Shipping" as your shipping method, which has a fixed cost of 10€, regardless of the amount of the order. However, in special cases (especially bulky or heavy packages), we will contact you to offer you a shipping quote.

Non-peninsular shipments: we always look for the cheapest shipping, (if you know something cheaper than the post office, let us know), normally using Correos Paquete Azul or InPost.

For the Canary Islands, we sell the items without VAT, and ship them as "particular", but we charge an additional 10% handling fee. Choose agreed payment as payment method, but don't pay anything. We will then contact you to send you a personalized quote, and if you want to pay by PayPal, we will send you a manual charge. Please contact us if you have any questions. Remember to choose "Spain (Canary Islands)" as country so that the prices are without VAT...

Portugal

Always shipped by economic agency TIPSA 24/72h.

InPost

When you choose InPost as your shipping method, once we have your order ready to ship, we will contact you with a list of the PickUp Points closest to you. We will then send you a tracking link and tracking number. Although you should receive all this information from InPost, we advise you to check the InPost website from time to time to see how your order is going.

Return of orders.

Standard products, without customization, can be returned within 14 days from receipt of order. To make the return, please contact us by e-mail and we will tell you how to proceed.

What about customized products, can't they be returned?

It has never happened to us. But the short answer is no. The products are designed and manufactured 100% for you. That's why they can't be returned.

Most of the time we send a preview before manufacturing your order so you can confirm that everything is perfect or make any changes you want.

If there are any problems, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
If the item arrives damaged, and you see it in the packaging, in the delivery note of the agency they are obliged to note any damage in the packaging that you indicate. If the damage is inside the article, and it was not appreciated, you can only claim for that reason in the first 24h of the reception of the same one. All our shipments are insured by the shipping agency, and these deadlines must be met for us to be able to fix your order and make a claim to their insurance.

-Never send back an item without contacting us first, as we must give you an incident tracking number.

Agency and tracking

We work with a local transport agency (RadiCourrier 958-701060) which in turn works with several agencies, so we do not know which company will deliver to your location, Tipsa (usually this one), Andalucía Transporta, Envialia.... By default, to reduce costs we send by transport 24h/72h, and we do not guarantee the delivery in 24h, although again it is so in 90% of the shipments. The tracking code is sent when we prepare your package. If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of us marking it as "shipped", you can contact us or RadiCurrier directly to track your order.

We advise you to group all your items in one order.

If you need any product after placing your order, you can place your order and choose "add-on" as your shipping method. Please note that the shipment will be made when the second order is completed, so it may be delayed.
