Terms and Conditions
All products are made to order, with care and attention to detail.
We use 3mm MDF, and our designs use 4 color variations: raw, white, beech (a light, glossy brown) and walnut (the dark, glossy brown).
We normally take between 7-10 days, although if we have a light workload it may take less.
If you need an urgent order, on each item you have an extra for "priority production": we prepare your order and put it in production so we can ship it within 1 or 2 days from the time you place the order.
If your order includes photography, you should know that we have been in the photography business for almost 100 years, yes, since 1927 (my grandfather! www.retratoscaparros.com ) so you can be sure that they are printed and treated with the highest quality guarantee.
If your order is from the Canary Islands, before ordering, please contact us. We send as particular by post, so you do not pay DUA, is billed without VAT but we have an additional surcharge of 10%, for order management.
